Her research focuses on sustainability accounting and the role of accounting in supporting environmental and social outcomes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keddie&#8217;s current work follows three primary research streams. The first examines the use of environmental,&nbsp;social&nbsp;and governance (ESG) performance goals in executive compensation plans. The second explores Canada\u2019s transition to a circular economy, including research on how food retailers measure, reduce and redirect food waste. The third investigates the valuation of natural and cultural capital in the context of UNESCO sites in Canada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keddie\u2019s research has received support from FRQSC and SSHRC and has been published in accounting,&nbsp;management&nbsp;and sustainability journals.
