He earned&nbsp;a Bachelor of Math and a Master of Math&nbsp;in Computer Science and Combinatorics from the University of Waterloo and a PhD in Computer Science from McGill University, where he received the D.W. Ambridge Award for an outstanding doctoral thesis. Following a Killam\/NSERC Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of British Columbia, he held a faculty position at the Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Trois-Rivi\u00e8res before joining Carleton.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bose\u00a0is an internationally recognized researcher whose work spans computational geometry, data structures, algorithm design and analysis, randomized algorithms and graph theory.
