Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of government, higher education and public policy, developing relationships and initiatives that support institutional priorities and external engagement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mullin\u2019s&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;includes public affairs, policy development, strategic&nbsp;partnerships&nbsp;and stakeholder relations.
