She recently completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Finance at Carleton University and is currently a Master of Finance candidate. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she developed a strong interest in strategy and research, particularly through projects examining equity markets and women representation in executive leadership roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her academic and professional interests span investment strategy, organizational&nbsp;strategy&nbsp;and research related to leadership and decision-making.&nbsp;Through both academic research and applied projects,&nbsp;Cava&nbsp;has explored questions related to organizational performance,&nbsp;markets&nbsp;and long-term value creation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cava&nbsp;has gained experience in both the private banking sector and government, providing exposure to different organizational environments and approaches to policy,&nbsp;finance&nbsp;and strategic decision-making.
