With experience across the higher education, corporate and non-profit sectors, she specializes in strategic communications, reputation management and content strategy.\u00a0Sebben\u2019s\u00a0work focuses on advancing communications initiatives that strengthen institutional reputation and support organizational priorities.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Carleton,&nbsp;Sebben&nbsp;collaborates with communications professionals across the university to develop and implement enterprise-wide communications strategies. Her&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;includes integrated communications planning, content development, strategic communications&nbsp;counsel&nbsp;and issues management.&nbsp;Through her work, she helps ensure that communications activities are aligned,&nbsp;responsive&nbsp;and supportive of the university\u2019s broader&nbsp;objectives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a member of the Towards Carleton@100\u00a0strategic visioning process,\u00a0Sebben\u00a0supports the development and implementation of communications strategies designed to build awareness, understanding and engagement among internal and external audiences.
