\nFinancial holds<\/a>\u00a0preventing registration will be applied to accounts with an outstanding balance. In order to prevent delayed registration for summer courses, allow adequate processing time as domestic payments normally take\u00a0two business\u00a0days to be applied to your student account.<\/p>\n

April 25<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>Summer\u00a0term payment deadline. Click\u00a0here\u00a0<\/a>for important payment information.\u00a0Late payment\u00a0charges and late registration charges<\/a>\u00a0apply to the student account on or after this date. OSAP entitlements must be available by April 25 in order to be eligible for the OSAP deferral. Calculate Amount to Pay will inform students if they have been granted this deferral.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>May 1<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>Interest\u00a0<\/a>charges begin to accrue on the summer term balance.<\/p>\n

May 5<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>Early summer and full summer classes begin.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>May 12<\/strong>
\nOSAP deferral deadline.\u00a0Late payment charges and late registration charges<\/a>\u00a0apply to the student account on or after this date for eligible OSAP students.<\/p>\n

May 20<\/strong>
\nLast day for a\u00a0fee adjustment<\/a>\u00a0(financial withdrawal) when withdrawing from early and full\u00a0summer term courses. Withdrawals after this date will create no financial change.<\/p>\n

May 23<\/strong>
\nStatutory holiday. University closed.<\/p>\n

June 23<\/strong>
\nFinancial holds<\/a>\u00a0preventing registration will be applied to accounts with an outstanding balance. In order to prevent delayed registration for fall and winter courses, ensure that Carleton has received payment for your outstanding balance prior to this date. Proof of payment will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

July 1<\/strong>
\nStatutory holiday. University closed.<\/p>\n

July 4<\/strong>
\nLate summer classes begin. For undergraduate students registering\u00a0only<\/strong>\u00a0in late summer courses, tuition fees are due on this date.\u00a0Late payment\u00a0charges and late registration charges<\/a>\u00a0apply to the student account on or after this date.<\/p>\n

July 22<\/strong>
\nLast day for a\u00a0fee adjustment<\/a>\u00a0(financial withdrawal) when withdrawing from late summer term courses. Withdrawals after this date will create no financial change.<\/p>\n
