How are fees calculated?<\/h3>\n

The University reserves the right to change fees and refund policies without notice. Please take a moment to review the\u00a0tuition fee notes<\/a>. Your actual tuition fees may vary depending on your specific situation and are subject to change. Therefore, charges may vary<\/strong>. Please use this as a guideline and review your student account on Calculate Amount to Pay page during your registration process.<\/span><\/p>\n

The tuition fees and some of the miscellaneous fees provided below are quoted per billing hour. <\/strong><\/p>\n

To calculate your fees, take the total billing hours per term and multiply it by the per billing hour rate (tuition + miscellaneous). To that, add the per term miscellaneous fees as a flat rate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

OMBA students are charged fees according to their program status; either full-time or part-time, as well as number of credits they are registered in for the term. Full-time students have a 2.5 credit registration limit per FULL term. Part-time students have a 1.25 credit registration limit per FULL term. A full term is each 4-month term: Fall (Sep-Dec), Winter (Jan-Apr), and Summer (May-Aug).\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

The billing hour for a particular course is usually equal to the academic credit value for the course. Some exceptions include thesis\/research work and certain intensive language courses. Miscellaneous Fees<\/h3>\n

In addition to the tuition fees, every student is charged miscellaneous fees, as approved by the Board of Governors<\/a>, to support services on campus. Fees for campus services are not user-based. Students are not eligible for a refund if they do not use one or more of the campus services.<\/strong>\u00a0The limited\u00a0exceptions<\/a> to this rule are noted on the main fee page.<\/span><\/p>\n
