Lakin is responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic projects and initiatives for the Students and Enrolment division. Much of Lakin’s work focuses on initiatives related to organizational excellence; strategic planning; and staff success. She helps to engage, empower and enable staff to continuously enhance their capacity to support our students.
