For example, confidential information will only be discussed in email format using your Carleton email account. The Registrar&#8217;s Office will not respond to emails sent from an off-campus account (e.g. Hotmail, Gmail, Rogers) with any information specific to your student record.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There may be occasions where you choose to authorize the release of personal or academic information or documents to a third party. On these occasions, a Third Party Release of Information must be completed ahead of the interaction through your Carleton360 account.
