Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Ottawa for heavy snow expected the night of Thursday, December 15 into Friday, December 16, 2022.

Snow is expected to begin over eastern Ontario Thursday evening and become heavy at times late Thursday night into Friday. Snow will gradually taper to flurries Friday night.

Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.

Examinations continue on campus as scheduled.

Please exercise caution when traveling to your exam site and when commuting on campus.

Please refer to the Scheduling and Examination Services website for any important updates, and to check whether late admittance to your examination will be permitted. If you have specific questions or concerns regarding your exam, please reach out to Scheduling and Examination Services Exam Support Network for assistance.
