Calling all photographers and nature lovers!
For the month of June, we will be spotlighting the Carleton community’s nature-based activities to celebrate Environment Day (June 5) and we would like YOU to participate! Being confined to our homes is a great opportunity to reflect on the role of nature in our lives and the ways in which we can create positive change for the environment.
How have you connected with nature during this time of social distancing? Sustainability Carleton is looking for your favourite nature photos in Ottawa or of Carleton’s campus to be posted on our upcoming media. From biking on the canal, planting a garden, to a nature hike, we want to celebrate time #ForNature.
Join the photo contest and reconnect with our natural environment. Submit your photos between May 27th and June 12th for a chance to win a free Ravens hoodie courtesy of SEO, and be featured on our website and social media channels: Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook throughout the month of June to celebrate #WorldEnvironmentDay.
