What is the format? What should it contain?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A: There are some basic principles to follow that are given on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/syst\/sysc4907\/sysc-4907-project-proposal\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/syst\/sysc4907\/sysc-4907-project-proposal\/\">Proposal<\/a>\u00a0section. Beyond this, these questions must be directed to your supervisor (See next question).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: Who grades the proposal?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A: The project proposal will be read (and graded) by your supervisor. Proposals are to be submitted via email to your supervisor, as well as online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: We are working in a group. Do we submit one group proposal or individual proposals?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A: This is a decision for you, your teammates and your supervisor. For&nbsp;<em>all<\/em>&nbsp;of the deliverables over this year, you may prepare a group report or an individual report with the following caveats:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All members contribute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The portion of the project assigned to each member be clearly defined.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The contribution of each member be clearly identified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As an example, for the project proposal, individual reports may be prepared or a single group proposal may be constructed with a common background portion followed by a planned division of labour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: Is my work within the team project suitable for my undergraduate program?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A: If you are not sure or you do not know how to justify the suitability in your proposal, have a discussion with your supervisor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Q: How long does it have to be?
