His research interests centre around language teaching and how we acquire a language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2009, David received the Capital Educators\u2019 Award for his acclaim within the School of Linguistics and Applied Language. His research interests are a testament to David\u2019s innate understanding of how we communicate and connect with one another, through language.
