Teaching and Learning Services (TLS) and Information Technology Service (ITS) will support faculty members, contract instructors and teaching assistants (teaching staff) teaching online in the fall term.
Teaching staff support
To better support and accelerate responses to issues and requests for educational technology support, TLS has organized itself into three teams with specific expertise and knowledge.

Support for Teams, MyCarleton1(MC1) login issues, VPN or account problems will be provided by the ITS Service Desk.

Support for on-campus office computers should be directed to departmental or Faculty IT support staff.
