Richards &amp; Associates (JLR), a leading Canadian architecture, engineering, and construction consulting firm, to advance innovation through applied, real-world collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This partnership reflects TIM\u2019s commitment to working alongside industry leaders to tackle complex challenges and deliver measurable impact. Through TIM Projects, graduate students collaborate directly with JLR teams to explore opportunities in areas such as AI adoption, process optimization, and emerging technologies within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each project is student-led and faculty-supervised, combining academic rigor with practical execution. Over the course of the engagement, students work closely with JLR to develop actionable insights, prototypes, and implementation strategies that support business transformation and long-term value creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For JLR, the partnership provides access to top talent, fresh perspectives, and cutting-edge approaches to innovation.
