The award, which is given to those who show excellence in teaching with the integration of technology, recognized her work in Carleton\u2019s Masters in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paloma demonstrated great skill in combining complicated course material in a new, online format that was both engaging and challenging.
