Congratulations to the 32 faculty members and contract instructors who graduated from the EDC\u2019s Certificate in University Teaching program on Tuesday, Oct. 29.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Facilitated by 3M teaching fellow Dr. Anthony Marini, the CUT program is a great professional development opportunity, allowing Carleton\u2019s faculty members and instructors to develop their understanding of pedagogy and enhance their teaching skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program features practical activities, such as a microteaching component, and gives participants the opportunity to develop a framework to design lectures, develop effective assessment strategies and identify ways to enhance student engagement in their classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
