The survey should take less than five minutes to complete. Any faculty member or contract instructor who provides their feedback before noon on Dec. 19 will be entered into a draw for an iPad. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/s\/28SBXVM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Access the online electronic classroom survey here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for IMS&#8217; Capture survey has been extended. Any faculty member or contract instructor who submits their feedback before Friday, Dec. 5 at 5 p.m. will automatically be entered into the iPad draw.
