It\u2019s not about trying to compete, win, or get it all perfect. This is a challenge to learn to make powerful (and often difficult) choices in the life that you lead, every day. For 8 weeks, you are going to make small (sometimes REALLY small), but extremely meaningful changes in your daily habits that stick \u2013 really stick. The actions you take daily in the CU Healthier Challenge will help you form long-term habits that will change your life for years to come.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline to apply is Tuesday, Dec. 23. Healthy Workplace will pay a portion of the registration fee for 50 faculty and staff. Successful applicants will be contacted on Dec. 24.
