Looking at the logs of student activity, along with their grades, it has never been easier to see how engaged students are with the course.<\/p>\n<p>On Oct. 13, join us at the EDC to find out how to make data-driven decisions to help support struggling students succeed and reduce your DFW rates.<\/p>\n<p>Using cuLearn reports, the engagement analytics block and the Gradebook tools, we will look at:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What is an \u201cat-risk\u201d student?<\/li>\n<li>How do we identify these students?<\/li>\n<li>What can you do to help?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The session runs from 1-2 p.m. in room 422 Dunton Tower.<\/p>\n<p>Space is limited, so <a href=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/edc\/cu-events\/learning-analytics-identifying-and-supporting-at-risk-students\">register today<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>While using cuLearn, students leave digital footprints of how they interact with the course material, their colleagues, teaching assistants, and instructors.
