Those guidelines now require all universities to establish an official policy about such fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In response, Carleton has recently approved a new policy suggested by the Teaching and Learning Computing Committee that will take effect January 1, 2016. The new guidelines outlined in the policy will affect all students and instructors who are using technology enhanced learning resources.
