Instructors using Scantrons are asked to drop off their sheets to the EDC main office (410 Dunton Tower) as soon as possible after their exam is done. This is to ensure that they are processed in a timely manner. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. \u2013 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The EDC will close for the holidays on December 23 at 4:30 p.m. Please note that all Scantrons must be dropped off <em><strong>no later than 11 a.m. on the 23rd<\/strong><\/em> to ensure that the exams are processed before the break. Otherwise, exams will be processed starting on Jan. 4.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> We now require that an accurate count of exams be provided on the Scantron scanning request form. We are asking that instructors or TAs count the Scantrons so that we know the exact number being dropped off. This will improve our quality assurance process, and ensure optimal service and the integrity of results.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve also updated our <a href=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/edc\/wp-content\/uploads\/Scantron-Scanning-Request-Form-Updated-Dec-2015.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Scantron scanning request form<\/a> to streamline the drop off process.
