After the course ends, however, what happens to your course on cuLearn? From a technological perspective, how do you \u2018end\u2019 your course on cuLearn?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our educational technology team has developed an end-of-term checklist to help answer these questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Download your gradebook in order to keep an archived copy of student grades (for instructions on how to export your gradebook to Excel, please contact a member of our EdTech team or <a href=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/culearnsupport\/instructors\/grades\/grade-book\/importingexporting-into-grades\/#export\">review our step-by-step instructions<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send a wrap-up message to your students (you can use the email function on cuLearn or the Announcements\/News Forum for this purpose).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hide your course (<a href=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/culearnsupport\/instructors\/getting-started\/making-courses-available-to-students\/\">review our instructions for hiding your course here<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reflect! Take some time to reflect on how well the course went. Record a few things that went well and a few things that could be improved, as well as what you would like to change\/adapt\/modify. Taking the time to engage in the reflective process will help jog your memory further down the road when you\u2019re planning the next iteration of the course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep a list of online activities (quizzes, assignments, databases, etc.) and course settings that work well for your course.
