Hours will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that response time to requests may be delayed due to the holiday closure. We will make our best effort possible to address our teaching community\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consultations and Resources for Teaching Online:<\/strong><br \/>\nPlease use the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/edc\/course-design-express-intake-form\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Course Design Intake Form<\/a> to submit requests relating to designing and building your online courses. Consulting and guidance will be available for teaching approaches, selecting and using teaching technology, assessment strategies and any other facet associated with teaching online. Comprehensive <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/teachinglearning\/transitioning-to-online-teaching\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">self-serve resources<\/a> are also available to help you with planning your online course.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Support and Resources for Educational Technology:<\/strong><br \/>\nSupport for the use of Carleton\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/teachinglearning\/educational-technology-tools-for-online-delivery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">educational technology tools<\/a> will also be available during the holiday break. This includes providing Zoom Pro licenses, support with cuLearn, Kaltura\/Mediaspace, BigBlueButton, cuPortfolio and polleverywhere.com. Extensive online <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/teachinglearning\/educational-technology-tools-for-online-delivery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">user guides and documentation<\/a> are available for all of Carleton\u2019s suite of educational technology tools and questions and support requests can also be sent to the following email addresses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"&#109;a&#105;l&#116;o&#x3a;z&#x6f;o&#x6d;&#64;&#x63;a&#x72;l&#x65;t&#x6f;n&#x2e;c&#x61;\">&#122;&#x6f;&#x6f;m&#64;&#x63;a&#114;&#x6c;&#x65;&#116;&#x6f;&#x6e;&#46;&#99;&#x61;<\/a> for Zoom-related questions and licensing<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"&#109;&#97;&#x69;&#x6c;&#116;&#111;&#x3a;&#x65;&#100;&#116;&#x65;&#x63;&#104;&#64;&#x63;&#x61;&#114;&#108;&#x65;&#x74;&#111;&#110;&#x2e;&#x63;&#97;\">edte&#99;&#104;&#64;&#99;&#97;&#x72;&#x6c;&#x65;&#x74;&#x6f;&#x6e;&#x2e;ca<\/a> for other Carleton educational technology requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Equipment Loans for Online Teaching:<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are not able to loan equipment and technology during the holiday closure. Please arrange to pick up or receive any teaching technology prior to Dec. 24. Equipment loans will be available again on Jan. 4. <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/teachinglearning\/equipment-loans-for-teaching-online\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Submit a request for an equipment loan here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Classroom Spaces and Recording Services:<\/strong><br \/>\nCarleton\u2019s classroom recording studios, teaching kiosks and classroom workspaces will be closed from Dec. 24 until Jan. 4.
