As we prepare to support the teaching and learning community through the safe return to campus, we have updated our service standards for the fall term.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

TLS will be returning to campus in limited capacity during our\u00a0regular business hours\u00a0(8:30 a.m. –\u00a04:30\u00a0p.m., Monday\u00a0–\u00a0Friday). In order to meet the diverse needs of our community, we will be offering\u00a0limited\u00a0services in-person, in addition to remotely via phone, email and web-conferencing tools.\u00a0For\u00a0details\u00a0regarding\u00a0our\u00a0hours of operation, response\u00a0time,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>and\u00a0service delivery modality (onsite versus remote), please review\u00a0<\/span>our table on fall 2021 service standards<\/a><\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
