As the fall term gets underway, remember that there is a variety of support available to you. <\/span>Whether\u00a0you\u2019re\u00a0teaching online, face-to-face or\u00a0HyFlex,\u00a0TLS is\u00a0here\u00a0to help.<\/span><\/p>\n

On-Campus Classroom Support\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

If you are teaching face-to-face courses this fall and require\u00a0immediate assistance in your classroom, call the help desk at 613-520-3815. Support is available Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. \u2013 9 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. \u2013\u00a05\u00a0p.m.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Educational Technology Support\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Submit a ticket for\u00a0<\/span>Brightspace<\/span><\/a>,\u00a0<\/span>Capture<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Zoom<\/span><\/a>\u00a0support\u00a0through\u00a0our new\u00a0<\/span>TLS Support Portal.<\/span><\/a>\u00a0Support is available\u00a0<\/span>Monday \u2013 Thursday from 8 a.m. \u2013 9 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. \u2013 4:30 p.m. and weekends in September from 11 a.m. \u2013 3 p.m.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Equipment Loans<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Equipment loans are available to help you and your teaching assistants develop and teach courses. Types of equipment available for loan include tablets, document cameras and\u00a0WiFi\u00a0hotspots. Lapel mic stems are also available now for instructors teaching on campus. If you are teaching this fall and would like to borrow equipment for yourself or your TA,\u202f<\/span>submit your request here.<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On-Campus Recording<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

If you’re interested in recording content or entire lectures in one of our studio classrooms, on-campus recording is available.\u00a0<\/span>Fill out our request form<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and we’ll get in touch with you to set it up.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
