Are you thinking ahead to your winter 2022 Brightspace course? Whether you\u2019re setting up your first course, or diving in for a second or third time, our Brightspace course setup resources<\/a> can help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the Brightspace Support site you\u2019ll find a Course Setup Guide<\/a> with a helpful checklist, tips and reminders for your pre-term setup. You can also explore a video overview of all of Carleton\u2019s licensed educational technology tools<\/a> and a short video tour of the Brightspace interface<\/a>, along with links to helpful guides and sample courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wondering how other instructors have set up their courses? Watch a Brightspace Instructor Panel Showcase<\/a> or one of our Welcome to my Brightspace Classroom<\/a> recordings. You\u2019ll hear directly from your colleagues about what worked for them and what didn\u2019t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Get to know Brightspace with short video tours<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve created a Teaching and Learning Services (TLS) Mediaspace channel for instructors<\/a>, and a channel for students<\/a> too, with quick tours of common course tasks in Brightspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our student overview tours give a helpful look at completing a quiz, submitting an assignment or reviewing grades. It\u2019s the perfect resource to share with your students as you head into final exams. There\u2019s also a helpful video tour for TAs to get started in Brightspace<\/a> ahead of the winter 2022 term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
