Then read on!<\/p>\n<h4><em>Where Can I Go to Review My Compliance Training History?<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>You probably already know that you can go to <a href=\"https:\/\/central.carleton.ca\/prod\/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin\">Carleton Central<\/a> to review your \u201cTA Training Transcript\u201d under the \u201cTA Training\u201d tab, which provides a record of the Pedagogical Training you have done. But did you know that your Compliance Training record is also available at <a href=\"https:\/\/central.carleton.ca\/prod\/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin\">Carleton Central<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>After you login, click on the \u201cEmployee Services\u201d tab, then click on \u201cLearning and Professional Development,\u201d and finally click on \u201cCompleted Workshops.\u201d All Compliance Training modules you have completed will be displayed here. For modules hosted in Carleton Central, completion is captured instantly; for modules hosted in cuLearn, completion will be recorded manually in approximately 1 week\u2019s time.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>All<\/strong> Carleton TAs must complete the following online modules:\n<ul>\n<li>1) &#8220;AODA: Accessibility Standards for Customer Service,&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>2) &#8220;AODA: Employment Standard Training,&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>3) &#8220;Information and Communications Training,&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>4) &#8220;Workplace Violence and Harassment Training,&#8221; and<\/li>\n<li>5) &#8220;Worker Health and Safety Awareness&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Currently, there are two additional online modules of possible relevance, depending on your situation:\n<ul>\n<li>The &#8220;Supervisor Health and Safety Awareness&#8221; module is to be completed\u00a0by any\u00a0Carleton University employee, including teaching assistants, who is\u00a0responsible for supervising any other Carleton employee (including supervising other TAs); in such instances, it is included as part of the suite of compliance training.<\/li>\n<li>The &#8220;WHMIS&#8221; module is to be completed\u00a0by\u00a0any\u00a0Carleton University employee, including teaching assistants, who works in a lab or any other area where s\/he is handling hazardous materials.\u00a0<strong>NOTE: this module is <em>not<\/em> included as part of the suite of Compliance Training; TAs instead complete this session as part of their assigned TA duties.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Please note that &#8220;the employer reserves the right to amend from time to time, and in accordance with legislative requirements, the [&#8230;] list of compliance training modules. The union will receive written notification of such amendments at least six (6) weeks prior to their implementation&#8221; (14.01). This means that you can expect the suite of Compliance Training modules to grow over time, with all Carleton employees being responsible for making sure they are in full compliance.
