The awards celebrate&nbsp;the support TAs give to the undergraduate and graduate programs in their disciplines, their roles in establishing a positive learning environment, and their work in implementing innovative teaching practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The awards committee was impressed with the strength and versatility of the nominations as well as Carleton TAs\u2019 dedication to enhancing student learning. After much deliberation, the following five TAs were selected as this year\u2019s recipients of the award:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alex MacLellan PADM 5125\/5126<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anand Chopra BIOC 3103\/3104<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esme Song CHST 3205<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nick Hayes SOCI 1001<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tori Semple PSYC 3400<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Because we received so many strong nominations, the adjudication committee wanted to recognize and celebrate three additional TAs through honourable mentions.
