We will be closed for the winter holiday season from Dec. 24 through Jan. 3 inclusively and will re-open on Jan. 4. If you require direct support or guidance relating to any TLS services, we encourage you to\u00a0reach out to us<\/a>\u00a0prior to the closure.<\/p>\n

If you require help with Brightspace during the closure,\u00a0D2L\u2019s Brightspace support team<\/a>\u00a0is available 24\/7\/365.<\/p>\n

Instructors using Scantron during the final exam period (Dec. 10 to 22) are asked to drop off their sheets to the TLS main office in room 410 Dunton Tower as soon as possible after their exam is done so they can be processed in a timely manner. Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday. All Scantrons need to be dropped off no later than noon on Dec. 23 to ensure they are processed before the break. Otherwise, exams will be processed starting on Jan. 4. Results will be available within three business days. Read more about Scantron processing in December<\/a>.<\/p>\n
