piloted Assign2<\/a>, a grading workflow tool that includes the ability to process multiple-choice assessments. The pilot was informative and highlighted many strengths of the platform, but also identified several areas that need refinement. A significant concern is ensuring that our campus infrastructure, including the university’s fleet of multifunction devices (scanners\/photocopiers\/printers), can support Assign2\u2019s operation at the volume of the current Scantron service. These devices will be replaced with more capable units later this year.<\/p>\nWhile the Scantron service will remain unchanged until spring 2027, we continue to encourage instructors to use Assign2 for its grading workflow functionality. Instructors using Assign2 as a grading workflow tool in large and midsize classrooms regularly report more reliable and efficient grading. Assign2 is also becoming a fully supported enterprise tool available to all instructors and teaching support staff.
