The Task Force\u2019s mandate was to examine key issues affecting supply chain operations in Canada and present recommendations on how to make them more efficient and resilient. This report below presents an independent analysis of many of the recommendations in the report.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/tpic\/wp-content\/uploads\/Maximizing-throughput-20-March-2023.pdf\">Maximizing Throughput: Strategy and Policy for Transportation Supply Chains &#8211; 2023-03-20<\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In 2021, the Transportation Policy Innovation Centre commissioned an independent report on the Canadian Transportation Agency\u2019s 2018-2019 freight rail investigation and its implications for freight rail regulation in Canada.
