Take a break, get moving, and support a great cause! Join us for the CU Walk and Talk, a new event in support of Carleton’s 2025 United Way Campaign.



Date: Wednesday, November 6Time: 11:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.Walk Begins: 12:00 p.m. sharpMeeting and Return Point: Pedestrian bridge to Vincent Massey Park (near Richcraft Hall)



This casual, community-focused walk through beautiful Vincent Massey Park is a great way to connect with colleagues, enjoy the outdoors, and show your support for local initiatives funded by the United Way.

Light movement and fresh air during your lunch hour



A chance to connect with colleagues across campus



An opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause




RegistrationPurchase a ticket to participate in the walk. A minimum donation of $6 is required. All funds go to United Way East Ontario and us reach our 2025 campaign goal.



Waiver Required 



A completed waiver is required to participate in the event. Please note that that we can only accept wet signatures. Digital signatures will not be accepted at this time.

Please bring the signed waiver with you to the event and return it to a United Way Committee member before embarking on the walk. If you have any questions, please email unitedway@carleton.ca.
