Session Overview

As part of the on-going University Services professional development series, please join your peers for an interactive session on the topic of Persuasion & Influence. This 3-hour learning block will provide you with the skills required to communicate effectively, influence others, build collaborative relationships, and deal with conflict in a respectful and professional manner.  We are excited to have Roseanne Bélanger facilitate this session for University Services. Roseanne comes to us with over 30 years’ experience providing training and coaching to Federal Government Departments, crown corporations, and large organizations in the private sector.

Lunch will be provided to participants following the session.

Session Style: An interactive session with a sound basis in theory and concepts.

Availability: This event is only open to University Services employees.

Bio about Instructor

Rosanne Bélanger is an experienced facilitator and an accomplished trainer. She has a Master’s degree in Adult Education and over 25 years of experience in the field of education and adult learning. As a facilitator, Rosanne is masterful at engaging all participants through her natural style and ability to create a compelling environment for exploration and growth. She is a thorough professional and brings her warm, charismatic style to every session and intervention.
