Simon Longtin-Martel is a Master of Applied Science Aerospace Engineering Candidate at \u00c9cole de Technologie Sup\u00e9rieure (\u00c9TS). His thesis research is on the application of morphing wing technology in flight simulators within the \u00c9TS LARCASE laboratory.<\/p>\n
Simon has a passion for aviation. He graduated from the \u00c9cole Nationale d\u2019A\u00e9rotechnique (\u00c9NA) in aircraft maintenance. At \u00c9NA, he participated in the SAE Aerodesign competition, coming in third place for his technical report, and he was a member of the Flight Simulator Student Club. Simon also was the president of the \u00c9NA\u2019s Aerodesign team when they won the Force Avenir (science and technical application) prize. Simon had two four-month internships with CAE as a CAD designer and a four-month internship with P&W Canada in the customer engineering department, as well as a two-month internship for Tristar Multicopters. He is hardworking, dedicated, and can be relied upon.<\/p>\n
His hobbies include flight simulation and cycling.<\/p>\n
