Tiffany Douglas is responsible for overseeing the cyclical review process, supporting units navigating the quality assurance landscape, and increasing student engagement. She has been employed in higher education at Carleton for the past 12 years, overseeing departmental administration and leading teams in the delivery of academic programs and student services. A prior recipient of the NACADA scholarship in student advising practices, Tiffany has experience in retention-focused student programming, curricular design and new program development. TIffany brings her knowledge of workflow organization, university regulation, and stakeholder management to her current role. Tiffany has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Criminology & Criminal Justice: Psychology & Law (Carleton), a Master of Arts in Canadian Studies specializing in Heritage Conservation (Carleton), and a certificate in the Practices and Principles of New Urbanism (University of Miami School of Architecture). Along with completion of numerous management certificates, Tiffany is currently pursuing certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Tiffany provides support to the Faculty of Engineering and Design, Faculty of Public Affairs and Sprott School of Business.
