Virtual Ventures, with Carleton University’s Faculty of Engineering and Design, and the Ontario Network of Women in Engineering (ONWiE) are hosting a STEM Badge Day for Girl Guides and Pathfinders in Ottawa. This event offers a fun and interactive way to introduce girls to the world of engineering. The girls will participate in fun engineering activities, interact with female engineering students and faculty members, and by the end of the day they will have fulfilled the STEM Badge requirements. This is also an opportunity for the girls to visit our campus and ask all the questions they may have about university life and engineering!
