Pages
A Page is a tool to add content to a site and is often used to present static information. Pages tend to incorporate and display other content pieces such as posts and stories.

Posts
Posts are the principal element (or content) of a blog. Posts are the writings, compositions or discussions. Common uses for posts are news and quick updates.
Posts are different from stories because posts are time-oriented.

Stories are similar to posts as they also display written content. Stories are different from posts because they tent to be used more for visual storytelling and they are not time-stamped.
