When it comes to accessible video remember: provide a transcript.

1. Use a service to create closed captioning.

We recommend hosting your videos on youtube as many users are familiar with this service and can easily turn on or off closed captioning.

2. Ensure video controls (pause, play, forward, and rewind) are available through keyboard functions.

The user must be able to navigate through the video using a keyboard.  Again, we recommend Youtube as it possess this functionality.

3. Provide transcripts.

To be fully accessible to the maximum number of users, a web video should include both synchronized captions and a descriptive transcript. For content that is audio-only, a transcript will usually do.
