Throughout the year Carleton University offers a variety of workshops and training opportunities to give students the opportunity the opportunity to gain the skills needed to provide peer support and have conversations around mental health and well-being in our community.

This year we have both synchronous and asynchronous workshops to help you tackle this academic year.

Synchronous Workshops

Asynchronous Workshops

Our asynchronous workshops allow you to learn about wellness when you want to. All online learning support workshops will run during the following time periods:

Fall: September 9, 2020 – December 11, 2020

Winter: January 11, 2021 – April 14, 2021

We currently offer two courses in our learning portal soon to be expanded. Our workshops will be available on cuLearn starting in the Fall 2020. Students seeking wellness literacy can self-enrol using the instructions on this page.
