Profile

Athena, lovingly referred to as Tina, is a retired Vanderbilt Samoyed beauty queen, and now retired Carleton Carleton Therapy Dog after serving many students and spreading so much joy. Athena’s loves include winter, chasing squirrels and bunnies, food (especially cheese), playing with her brother Zeus and enjoying ALL the human cuddles!

Athena was famous on campus for her soft, cuddly, and supremely fluffy coat; and she absolutely adored every minute of getting loved by students. She promoted her visits as a way for everyone to know that you don’t have to be alone. Spend time with a dog and see the benefits.

Having a ruff day?

Athena would love nothing more than for you to gain love and support from some of her paw-lleagues, or for you to make an effort to spend time on self-care doing one of your favourite activities.
