This number is a hyperlink; clicking on it will open a new window that displays the screen names of participants, the email address associated with the Zoom account a participant was logged into, and attendance data.<\/p>\n<p>At the top-right of the pop-up window is an \u201cExport\u201d button. Clicking on \u201cExport\u201d will automatically download a .csv file containing the statistics displayed in the window. There are two types of reports that can be exported:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Default:<\/strong> This is a highly specific report which displays each time a participant joined and left a session. Participants may appear in the list several times if, for instance, they left and rejoined the meeting, participated in Breakout Rooms, and so forth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unique Users:<\/strong> Checking the box next to the \u201cShow unique users\u201d option at the top of the window will display only the total amount of time spent in the session and will not show any Join\/Leave data.<\/p>\n<table style=\"height: 24px; width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; border-style: solid; border-color: #dcdcdd;\" border=\"1\">\n<tbody>\n<tr style=\"height: 24px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 100%; background-color: #f5f5f5; height: 24px; border-style: solid; border-color: #dcdcdd;\"><strong>NOTE:\u00a0<\/strong>The \u201cExport with meeting data\u201d option at the top-left of the window refers to the meeting statistics that appear in the master Usage Report list (i.e., name of the meeting, Meeting ID, start and end time, etc). Toggling this option will add the meeting information to the export file.<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;\">The column \u201cGuest\u201d in these reports refers to whether a participant was logged into their Carleton Zoom Pro account (not a guest). In order to retrieve the participation data for a Zoom meeting without going through Brightspace:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign into your Zoom account at <a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\">https:\/\/zoom.us<\/a>. (If you are already signed in, click on \u201cMy Account\u201d at the top right-hand corner of the Zoom website.)<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Reports<\/strong> from the menu at the far-left side of the page.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Meeting<\/strong> option on the Reports page.<\/li>\n<li>Toggle the Report Type to <strong>Poll Report<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Search<\/strong> button to populate the list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>When you click the \u201cSearch\u201d button, a list of recent meetings will populate under the \u201cMeeting Report\u201d tab, regardless of whether polls were taken in those sessions. As such, no poll report can be generated.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Once you click \u201cGenerate,\u201d you will be brought to the \u201cReport Queue\u201d tab. After the poll reports have finished processing, a \u201cDownload\u201d link will appear next to each session.
