Negotiations begin with introductory remarks of Chief NegotiatorsInitial meetings of individual Negotiating Groups under direction of their respective instructors. Chief Negotiators will meet one-on-one to discuss cross-cutting negotiating issues

14h00 – 16h00 Resumption of meetings with negotiating groups. Throughout the negotiating groups’ sessions, Chief Negotiators are to meet one-on-one to discuss cross-cutting issues and/or to join in negotiating group sessions as required.
16h00 – 17h00 Plenary meeting to discuss progress to date in individual negotiating groups and cross-cutting issues.
Thursday, February 19th
09h30 – 10h00 Plenary meeting to go over today’s negotiating schedule
10h00 – 12h30 Meetings of Negotiating Groups to formulate negotiating texts in their respective areas
12h30 – 13h30 Lunch
13h30 – 15h00 Plenary meeting to consider state of draft negotiating texts and any cross-cutting issues
15h00 – 16h30 Negotiating/drafting sessions conclude in Negotiating Groups.Chief Negotiators meet to decide on approaches to cross-cutting issues, and to join individual Negotiating Groups to advance critical issues as required.
Friday, February 20th
