The Lord Elgin Hotel
The workshop is please to announce the arrangement of a block of rooms at a special group rate with the Lord Elgin Hotel in downtown Ottawa for 4IBSW attendees during the workshop period.
The availability of rooms at the special rate is limited. The cut-off date of the special 4IBSW group rate is July 31. After July 31, the special rate and availability of room will not be guaranteed.
Guestroom block:
Sunday, August 11th – Thursday, August 15th, 2024
Classic Guestrooms $165.00 per room per night, plus taxes and fees per night (5% MAT and 13% HST)
• Please add $10.00 per room for Parkview guestrooms and $30.00 per room/night for Elgin Class guestrooms
• Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi in all guestrooms

• Valet Parking is available for hotel guests only at a charge of $39.00/day (subject to change without notice) plus applicable taxes.

Please note that there is a 5-business-day cancellation policy for all reservations made under this group block. Any reservations that are changed or modified within 5 business days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the original booking.
