I’ve been working with colleagues internally and leadership development practitioners across Canada on how to reframe/re-think what accessibility and inclusion means and how we can improve it. There are a lot of elements to consider when improving accessibility but that doesn’t mean it has to be complicated.

Here’s one video that highlights just how easy rethinking our approach to HOW we interact with each other can improve accessibility and inclusion. While it may be focused on EDI as a whole, there are many ways of thinking about inclusion that can be applied universally.
