Remigio is an Electrical Engineer with over twenty years of experience in the power generation, sustainable energy, and energy storage sectors in Latin America and the Caribbean. He holds an MSc degree in Electrical Engineering from Odesa Polytechnic National University, Ukraine (1995, Summa Cum Laude) and a Master of Technology Management degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, Ecuador (2006, Cum Laude). Remigio has professional experience in regional leadership roles and has been an entrepreneur since 2019, focusing on PV technologies, energy efficiency, and Li-ion battery-based energy storage projects. His research models the low-carbon energy transition with a focus on integrating more realistic representations of social and economic risks.
