The Client agrees to follow all public health guidance from public health authorities. The Client also agrees to follow all policies, procedures, and rules that the Institution has established or may establish in the future with respect to COVID-19 and health and safety, as well as instructions from the Program and/or Institution related to COVID-19 safety. The Institution and the Program have the right to change, modify, or revoke any COVID-19 related or health and safety policy, protocol, or rule at any time due to a change in circumstances or as may be required by applicable government or public health directives.
The Client agrees to abide by the Institution’s vaccination policy, which requires all individuals to be fully vaccinated to attend the Institution’s campus or events in person, or to live in residence, unless they have an exemption from the policy approved in writing by the Institution.
