Research Interests
Jenn McNeil is a PhD student in Psychology under of Dr. Michael Wohl’s supervision at Carleton University. Her research interests focus on nostalgia and work-life balance amongst new mothers. Specifically, she is interested in understanding how feelings of nostalgia for a new mother’s prior work-life balance before having kids, influences how they feel about their current work-life balance, especially when they identify highly with their role at work. In addition to her current research, Jenn is also interested in motivation to lead amongst young-adults, and environmental leadership.
