Evan is a graduate of the Masters program in the Institute of Cognitive Science. His background is in cognitive psychology, and he has a B.A. (Hons) from the University of Manitoba, where he studied implicit learning of stimulus structure.
Evan completed his Ph.D. at the University of Manitoba. He is a faculty member at Booth University College in Winnipeg.
