I received a B.A from the National University of Singapore, a PGDipSci from the University of Canterbury (New Zealand) and an MSc in Experimental Psychology from the University of Alberta. Prior to joining the Institute of Cognitive Science, I was a research assistant at the Faculty of Social Work at the University of Calgary. I have been (and still am) working on projects about how people represent and use numbers ; and the experiences of individuals with mental health issues as they transition to university and the workplace.
